"The restaurant/ bistro was really cute. You can buy Japanese things and also eat here. We had lunch here and it was quite good. It was just a little bit expensive for our liking but all in all it was I nice experience. Especially the staff was really kind and cute."

"Genuine and tasty japanese restaurant with a cool vibe and amazing food. I love the decoration of the place, cozy and traditional. The service is friendly and super nice. And food was excellent. I would highly recommend you to try their miso soup and one of their poke bowls. During lunch time, they have a daily menu which is super affordable (9,50€) and worth trying. And after 16:00 they have a Special menu that I would love to try. Unfortunately they close at 20:00 so you will have to do an early dinner."

"Small cute place with delicious food and desserts. The lady is very nice and friendly! I enjoyed everything I ordered. I like the idea of the daily lunch specials but you have to come early to order it (it was sold out at 1pm) . I ended up getting udon, onigiri, and matcha pudding. I'll be coming again to try the matcha drinks and other desserts."

"Amazing authentic Japanese food. The size of noodles with broth was big enough to get one’s fullThe price was slightly high but the taste of the dishes is worth it. Absolutely recommend! I wanted to go there in my last evening in Munich, but it was closed. Unfortunately I wasn’t subscribed on their Instagram to know all the updates about closing hours, so wasn’t aware I needed to come at 12:00 that day."

"We went to the restaurant to have their daily special lunch menu at around 13:00ish and it was already sold out. Apparently it’s so popular without a reservation it’s difficult to get it. We had to wait for a while until a table opens up because it was already full. The staff was quite friendly and we had a great food there. Everything we tasted was authentic and it reminded me of the good time I had back in Japan. Staff is Japanese and the chef is also Japanese. Everything they have on the menu is authentic so it cannot be more legit than this. The dessert (daifuku) they had was pre-maid/packaged stuff that you can get from a supermarket so I was a bit disappointed about it. Still, it’s worth coming back to this cosy place for the absolute tasty meal. :) Update: We badly wanted to try out their special Bento so this time I called them to book a table and told them we all want to order a special Bento. A girl who answered the phone told me she could speak Japanese so we were talking in Japanese on the phone. She double-checked with the kitchen side if the special bento is still available and confirmed that they were. When we got there, even though we reserved a table, we had to stand there for a while, completely unattended. The girl who was at the counter did not even greet back at us or did not come to us to check if we were taken care of. After a good 10 mins or so I went to the girl and told her about our reservation. It turned out that they thought our order was for a take-away and told us that the special bento is sold out. We told them we specially reserved it on the phone, as well as a table. The girl said she will check, and they put us on a table where usually bonsai were placed. We waited for a long time like good 30 mins without menu. A very kind lady (probably owner) apologised to us and brought us menu cards which was a surprise to us because we thought we would get an answer whether or not they could still provide us the special bento. When we explained that to the lady, she said she would double-check with the kitchen. Then we had to wait for another 30 mins or so, not knowing whether or not the special bento is available. We almost gave up and that was when staffs came to serve us the special bento. The lady apologised again and again, and she was very attentive and kind. She even brought us really tasty match ice cream on the house to make up for it. The special bento we finally had was absolutely tasty and it is really authentic, 100% Japanese. It is probably the most authentic Japanese food I have ever eaten in Europe which made me really happy. Since their food is consistent, and always really good, I will not reduce the number of stars but I cannot say I had a pleasant experience the second time I was there. Obviously the girl on the phone did not understand what I said in Japanese and even between the girl and the other staff it seemed there was a lack of communication."

"I forgot what I ordered, but that was extremely tasteful.. Checked your menu, probably it was a Buta Tama Udon. Miss it ever since, right now I can’t sleep, cause I’m hungry and thinking of it and the worst part of it is that I can’t find any recipe online . We visited at the end of March, the weather was rainy, so this dish + hot Yuzu tea were the ones keeping me warm . However, my friend is a peaky eater, so she can’t share my experience. Seems to me, she ordered Miso Ramen But, personally, I liked the food, the atmosphere and the service! The boy was really nice and fortunately didn’t forget about my phone being charged there like I did lol."

"We eat a lot of Japanese, across the world. The udon is beyond amazing. One of the best matcha latte I tasted. The mochi is incredible, the misu soup is also really good. The ramen was great but I was missing a bit of sauce, I was too lazy to ask for it The service was great, and the worker recommend us really good food. Highly highly recommended. Well worth the price"
